The Midvale Arts Council is holding auditions for “Arsenic and Old Lace” on Jan. 28, from 9-11 a.m. They will be held at the Midvale Performing Arts Center located at 695 West Center Street (7720 South) in Midvale.

Auditioners should come prepared with a 30 second monologue of their choosing. The show will run March 23-31; 8 performances. Arsenic is being directed be Tucker Dansie. Roles for 3 women and 11 men; all roles are available. Please direct all audition questions to the Producer: Stephanie@MidvaleArts.com.

“Arsenic and Old Lace” is a humorous romp written by playwright Joseph Kesselring. A story full of mystery, murder, mayhem, and love with a touch of Teddy Roosevelt gives Arsenic and Old Lace a funny plot line that will have the audience laughing and guessing until the end. The Midvale Arts Council strives to give audiences family friendly entertainment; we ask that auditioners keep their auditions family- friendly as well.
